Team Member to Kelly Kniffin - Wendy has been a dedicated team member and partner with top producing broker, Kelly Kniffin since 2016. Wendy’s success lies in her innate understanding of individual needs and her love of helping others. Whether buying or selling, her attention to detail throughout the process and her ability to provide the highest level of customer service lift our team to the highest level.

Wendy prides herself on her professionalism and has received the designation of Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS) and Certification of Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Through Kelly’s mentorship and ongoing education, Wendy continues to grow her expertise and passion for helping clients navigate the exciting process of buying or selling their home.

Personally, Wendy is extraordinarily active in the Durango community. She currently serves on the Board of the Community Foundation serving Southwest Colorado, and volunteers her time to many non-profits including The Durango Area Association of Realtors Community Service Committee, Trails 2000 and Know Your Dough. Her love of Durango and her excitement to share her knowledge and experience with others make working together a joy!
