Rob Littfin

Rob Littfin's real estate career spans 32 years. He came to Durango in 1984 from the Denver area to attend Fort Lewis College and obtain his BA Degree in Business. He then moved to Scottsdale Arizona and was influenced by his father, a retired executive with Pulte Homes Corporation to enter real estate. Rob joined Blue Chip Development Corporation as Sales Manager and was in charge of sales, marketing, assisted in Land acquisition & home design. He then partnered his own real estate brokerage firm, Blue Chip Properties, Inc. which grew to 15 agents. Although the real estate market was hot, so too was the weather and he and his wife decided to move back to the cooler temps and lifestyle that Durango offered to raise a family.
Rob joined forces with Tamarron Realty, Inc. as Associate Broker selling property throughout the Durango area. His focus for the next 8 years was on selling resort property in the North Valley Corridor including Tamarron Resort (managed by Hilton, Sheraton & Starwood Capital during his tenure) and was a part of the transition with Tamarron’s rebirth as Glacier Club. In 2004 he moved his license to Horizon Properties Christie's Great Estates as this platform offered him the ideal situation to continue to market the upper end of the market and some of the areas finest properties. Rob’s past and current affiliations include Residence International, Christies Great Estates, Classic Properties International, “Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate’, an International Network of Brokers representing Luxury Properties Worldwide and Luxury Homes.com. Rob moved his license to Legacy Properties West Sotheby's International Realty six years ago and couldn't be more excited to continue his carrier with Durango’s finest Real estate firm. Prior to Real estate, Rob worked on the Golf Staff at Tamarron in Durango Colorado and Desert Mountain in Scottsdale Arizona.
