Brooke Kniffin

Team Member to Kelly Kniffin - After moving back to the Durango Area, Brooke, a Durango native, received her real estate license in the summer of 2021. Before receiving her license, she was the Director of Operations for Stanford’s swimming and diving program. Brooke was a Division 1 Swimmer at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where she obtained her degree in Communications.

Brooke decided to join the Homes Durango Team with Kelly Kniffin and Wendy Barney, two long-time real estate professions and locals in the Durango area. With a background in sales, she quickly learned how to identify what motivates a buyer or seller and find creative solutions to meet those needs.

Growing up in Southwest Colorado, Brooke has a strong understanding of the surrounding areas, schools, athletic programs, and all things Durango. She is enthusiastic about helping clients find a home to live their desired lifestyle. In addition, she enjoys all of the outdoor activities Durango has to offer in her free time, including; skiing, hiking, and biking. With Brooke’s passion for the community, her background in customer service, and her experience on a successful sales team, she is motivated and excited to provide quality service to each client.
