Thanksgiving really is a special time to be thankful for great families, fortunate events, caring friends, amazing communities, and all the gifts of life we’re all lucky to have. Expressing gratitude is a proven positive force for our workplace culture. Looking back, it is hard to imagine that we started with just two agents. A lot has changed in the past 7 years. This year we have several things to be grateful for at  Legacy Properties West Sotheby’s International Realty.

In 2007 – Our company was founded to provide support for individuals and families who have a vision and a dream about how and where they want to live. In essence, our intent was to help breathe life, direction and inspiration into the fulfillment of our clients’ goals — whether they were coming to our area as buyers or pursuing new paths as sellers.

In 2013 – To further serve our clients and expand our reach, our affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty brand brought us a global network of marketing resources to share with our clients and further our goal of being the best-of-the-best in our market.

In 2018 – To support our growing team we expanded  by opening our second office at Trimble Crossing in Animas Valley.

In 2019 – We added 8 new agents to our team. It is great to be able to add talent from the Durango area and build mutually beneficial relationships.

We’re thankful for this growth, our wonderful customers, our team, and for the community in which we serve.
