There are 7 different room types to choose from, some having fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and there is even agarden area with a hot tub for general use. The Inn has an excellent location being 1 block fromMain Street and walking distance to all Ouray's unique shops, restaurants, hiking trails, hot springs, Via Ferrata, Ice Park,and so much more. In the winter months, the China Clipper has been said to resemble a Hallmark movie with its romantic,magical architecture up against the snow. Ouray was voted the Outdoor Recreation Capital of Colorado so it is truly a yearround adventure for tourists. It is also close to skiing in Telluride and Durango, and has cross country skiing right in the area,along with snow shoeing and ice skating. The Inn is currently owner operated and is projecting a 10% cap rate for 2022 -all while allowing the owners to close the Inn approximately 4 months of the year for personal time and vacations.
