We want to personally reach out to you, our friends, customers, colleagues, and neighbors to offer our support during these difficult times. As you may know, Purgatory Ski Resort and surrounding private clubs, local schools, the recreational center and some local businesses made the difficult decision to suspend operations which may extend for a longer period of time than any of us would like.
These changes already have made a significant impact on everyone. If you had planned to ski here over spring break, look at real estate, or experience other aspects of our wonderful town, our entire community of small businesses and service providers look forward to welcoming you when things settle down.
Our special mountain town depends on tourism so we will be profoundly impacted and with that said, our community is self-reliant, resilient, and show serious grit and generosity, especially when we need to take care of each other. As we collectively contend with the consequences of COVID-19, we are confident that our spirit will endure.
With regard to what we intend to do as a local business during these times the following initiatives are underway:
As always, we are here to serve you, answer any questions (about real estate or otherwise) to the best of our ability, and offer support. Our company will actively work on furthering our protocols for showings, inspections, closings, and eventually philanthropy.
